MIMOS Nanoelectronics Lab is a state-of-the-art facility for advanced nanofabrication and nanomaterials synthesis. Services provided includes specialised process technologies developed in-house through a novel process integration of traditional bottom-up wafer fabrication processes with leading edge nanomaterials synthesis on a full-scale 200mm wafer or on a selective region. Available nanomaterials developed include Graphene, Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs), Nanowires, Nanoparticles and their hybrid derivatives. In addition, the Nanoelectronics Lab is actively embarking on the development of graphene-based conductive and anti-static ink to support the Electrical and Electronics (E&E) Industries on the development of next generation electronics hence allowing them to tap into the new growth area on the printed flexible electronics.
MIMOS Photonics sensor technology incorporates detection, transmission, emission and manipulation of light by optical instruments, lasers components, fiber optics, and nano-photonics system along with electro-optical instrumentation. The technology has been recognized as an emerging technology for a varied range of industrial applications; from monitoring physical and environmental parameters to preventing diseases. Advanced photonics sensors provide high detection performance and promote a non-invasive, non- intrusive and non-destructive method of detection and measurement – characteristics which make them favorable for integration with Internet of Things (IoT).
MIMOS Wireless Labs is a wireless IoT Solution provider which utilise a line of wireless broadband infrastructure.(MIMOS Mi-MESA) that includes variants such as HybridHSPDA and Multimesh and smart sensors such as temperature and humidity. MIMOS Wireless and IoT Solution provider can be adapted for a multitude of industries with many setting and purpose, is cost-effective and flexible to cover a variety or requirement.Via MIMOS Wireless and IoT Solution provider enhancement of human wellbeing and environment awareness are served by a network of smart sensors that can immediately respond to changes and aid efficient allocation of resources toward a safer and greener environment.
